Leyla kindly reads some of her work, and talks about becoming a published poet, the ideas and themes that are behind it, the line between the public and the private and getting that balance right in both poetry and other work, and learning lessons from the past.
She also talks about her current tour, which includes a night in Glasgow at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut on Saturday 26th November, which will see Colin Bramwell, Ellen Renton, Empress, Iona Lee, Kevin P.Gilday, Niki Rush in support. It promises to be something very special.
